Employee
Training Database
In 2005 TBayIT was contracted on to create an Employee - Training
database application. The client in question had a need to track
when employees completed various training programs. As these
programs
expire
after one or two years they needed to know who was due for what.
With over 250 employees this was becoming an arduous task. TBayIT
built a complex but easy to use system to track employees, their
training and when they are due for what training. With a click
of a button the employer can now access what employees are coming
due for the various training programs they offered (things like
first aid, fire extinguisher training, photo id renewal and more
are all tracked through this system).s

Management Utility (DMU)
The DMU was created to fill a specific requirement of report generation. Originally
created specifically for organizations that work with youth at risk, the newest
version will provide an advanced time/staff/program tracking system. Easy write
