Here is another PayPal Phishing Scam
You have added tim_patrick@comcast.com as a new email address for your PayPal account. If you don't agree with this email and if you need assistance with your account, click here and process your login.

These scammers are little bit more sly by adding a fake address bar showing the real PayPal address. But when you go to "View" "ToolBars" and enable the real address bar you can definitely see you are on a invalid site. See the two toolbars below (the one on the bottom is obviously the fake)
