August 1, 2005 - "Important Information About Your Bank of the West Account" Phishing Scam
This email I just received, notice the IP address 65.98.115.120, this isn't the right address, anytime that you see numbers instead of a domain is a sure sign that the link you are clicking on isn't going to the right site. But also beware that even if the right link appears, it may still point to a wrong site. Always open your browser, then type in the URL in the address bar.
