The solution that TBayIT developed for William W. Creighton Youth Services is a product of ongoing development over the past year. It started as a simple calendar system and has grown to have dozens of components and has become an internal portal of information and communication for the employees. Scheduling system for 250 employees on 24 hour shifts
"Night check" system for logging overnight activity (Ministry mandated)
Resource library with the ability to check out resources (books, cds and videos)
Meeting minutes to post minutes from the dozens of committees and meeting types
Internal job postings to advertise employment vacancies internally
Management communication system with absense logging and reporting
All of the above are completely manageable internally by staff
Averages 1750 page views daily - remarkable for only 60-80 computers
